We received a phone call from someone with a upvc patio door in Armstrong Close, Thornbury, just off the A38. The patio door was sliding perfectly, however it did require a lock repair. We removed the full length locking mechanism and opened up the centre case. Inside, we could clearly see that a component inside was broken. Luckily, we are very well stocked in the van, and had the exact part. We replaced the part, and serviced the rest. Now the door is locking and unlocking exactly as it should be. There was no need for new keys, and the customer was very happy.
