Yale lock in BS9:

We receive a phone call from someone in Henleaze, BS9. They had not changed Yale lock for years, and were having more and more difficulty with it, and were concerned it might end up with them being locked out. We arrived the same day, and sure enough it needed replacing. The keys were not smooth like they should be, and I was surprised they hadn’t snapped one yet. I replaced the cylinder and cut them a couple of extra keys, and the lock was working good as new.

On the same door, they had a mortice deadlock lower down. We noticed that this was quite sticky, so we took it out and serviced it, replaced the internal bolt thrower, and now the lock was good as new. Another happy customer.
