I received a whatsapp from a property owner in Hengrove because they were unable to open their composite door. The handle seemed to be working, but the hooks were not coming back, therefore the door would not open.

As expected, the door was out of alignment with the receiving plates on the frame, so we adjusted these and made sure nothing was catching.
